ECGC National Baking Competition Results

East Caribbean Flour Mills Ltd. held the annual National Baking Competition on May 26th 2016 at the Methodist Church Hall.  The ECGC National Baking Competition is an event which provides an avenue for local Bakers, Chefs, Caterers and Home Economic students to display their culinary creativity whilst competing for attractive prizes.  The competition also includes a separate Secondary School student contest.  The winners emerging from the competition are as follows:
