25th January 2010 - "Help Haiti Flour Campaign"

To All our Customers, Friends and other Stakeholders

The recent tragic and catastrophic events in Haiti has left millions in pain and suffering to a magnitude never before seen nor experienced in the Caribbean. The challenges now faced by the people require an urgent response from all of us to come to their aid. To this extent, the East Caribbean Group of Companies has decided to raise a program to assist our Brothers and Sisters in Haiti. The program called, “Help Haiti Flour Campaign”, would enable any Vincentian to purchase a minimum of one (1) bag of flour at a price of EC$88/bag as a contribution to this effort.

Simply pay in to ECGC the amount for the quantity of flour that you wish to contribute.

ECGC will coordinate the quantities and together with its own contribution and that of the government, will ship the flour to Haiti. The price paid to ECGC is the net price not inclusive of freight. ECGC will cover the cost of the freight for the shipment to Haiti.

Let’s all come together and help in this time of critical and urgent need.
